Mastermind Series: From Crocs to Stilettos – A Woman’s Journey to Purpose
🌟 Session Theme
Understanding what “Crocs” represent: comfort, confusion, complacency, and fear—and how these block us from stepping fully into our God-given purpose.
🧎🏽‍♀️ Opening Prayer
Lord, thank You for bringing each of us to this moment. Open our hearts to examine where we’ve settled for less than what You’ve called us to. Help us confront our comfort zones with courage and lean into Your truth. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
đź“– Key Scriptures
- Proverbs 3:5 – “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding…”
➤ Use this to invite trust in God’s direction—even when it’s uncomfortable. - Psalm 90:12 – “Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.”
➤ Reminds us to be intentional with our lives, not wasting time in complacency, procrastination, fear, confusion.

- What are some real-life costs of staying in your “Crocs”?

✍🏽 Activity: The Crocs Inventory (15–20 minutes)
Objective: Help readers begin identifying their specific comfort zones.
Instructions
- On a journal page or worksheet, list 3 areas where you’ve stayed too long in your comfort zone.
- For each, answer:
- How long have I stayed?
- Why did I stay there?
- What has it cost me— emotionally, spiritually, physically, intellectually, financially, or relationally?
- What would it take to leave this behind?
- Circle one comfort zone. I am ready to jump out of over the course of this mastermind.
đź’¬ Call to Action

I am not made for comfort—I am made for calling.
I release fear, confusion, and complacency.
I am stepping out of the Crocs of limitation and into the Stilettos of purpose.
I trust God to guide my steps, even when I don’t see the path clearly.
My life matters, and I will walk in it boldly.
🙏🏽 Closing Prayer & Blessing
Lord, thank You for showing us where we’ve chosen comfort over calling. Give us the courage to leave behind the Crocs of fear, doubt, and complacency. As we journey forward, let Your Word be our compass and Your Spirit our strength. May this week stir holy discomfort that leads to transformation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
